A vision board is a collection of pictures, words and phrases that are designed to inspire you towards a particular goal or desire and help you to visualize your dreams.

Using photographs, magazine cut outs , images from the web, or whatever inspires you to place on your boards.

Supplies you will need for your vision board.

• Poster Board or cork board
• Pictures or words from magazines and newspapers: You can check out thrift stores or even beauty salons or Dr. offices.
• Scissors
• Family/friends pictures
• Glue sticks, or tape, stick pins.
• Stickers
• Favorite quotes from books
• Pens, pencils, paint, markers, or whatever medium you would like to add to your board.
